Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of joyo9.asia and all services provided by joyo9 to players in Bangladesh.

Important: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and joyo9. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use joyo9 services. joyo9 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with continued use of the platform constituting acceptance of any revised terms.

joyo9 operates joyo9.asia as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions apply to all aspects of the joyo9 platform including casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, crash games, virtual sports, promotions, bonuses, payment processing and customer support services. These terms are written in English, which is the operative language of this agreement. Where a translated version of these terms is made available as a courtesy, the English version shall prevail in all cases of discrepancy.

By registering an account, logging in to joyo9, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. joyo9 strongly recommends that all players review these terms before commencing play. 21+ Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to register and play at joyo9. Age verification may be required at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be immediately closed and balances forfeited.

One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one active joyo9 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any winnings or bonuses held within them.

BDT Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions at joyo9 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. joyo9 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals for verified accounts.

Bonus Wagering Requirements

All bonuses at joyo9 are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 30x the bonus amount. Full bonus terms apply and are available on the promotions page.

Fair Play and Security

All games on joyo9 use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, use prohibited software, collude with other players, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

Eligibility

Account Eligibility and Registration Requirements

The following eligibility criteria apply to all joyo9 account registrations. Failure to meet these criteria renders your account registration void.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account with joyo9, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

You must be at least 21 years of age. joyo9 enforces this requirement strictly and may require submission of government-issued identification documents (National ID, passport or birth certificate) to confirm your age at any point during account review.
You must register using your own genuine personal information. Providing false, misleading or another person's identity information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure.
You must register with a valid, active Bangladesh mobile number that is registered in your name. Your mobile number is your joyo9 login identity and will be used for OTP verification, account security alerts and communication related to your account.
You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your place of residence. joyo9 does not accept responsibility for players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction before registering.
You must not be a current or former employee of joyo9 or any of its affiliated entities, partners, game providers or technology vendors where participation in gambling activities may create a conflict of interest.

joyo9 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation from any player at any time. KYC documentation may include a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the timeframe stipulated by joyo9 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. All KYC data submitted to joyo9 is processed and stored in accordance with the joyo9 Privacy Policy.

Payments

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing

All financial transactions at joyo9 are conducted in BDT via verified payment methods. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on your joyo9 account.

Clause 4.1

Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts

The minimum deposit at joyo9 is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum single-transaction deposit limit imposed by joyo9 on standard accounts, however payment provider limits may apply. The maximum single-transaction withdrawal may vary by payment method and account verification status — players with fully verified accounts enjoy higher withdrawal limits. joyo9 will communicate applicable limits to players upon request.

Clause 4.2

Accepted Payment Methods

joyo9 currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay (mobile wallet transfers); Visa and Mastercard (card payments); Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank (bank transfers during BST banking hours). joyo9 reserves the right to add, remove or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice. All payments must be made from accounts or wallets registered in the player's own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

Clause 4.3

Withdrawal Processing and Timelines

joyo9 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 5 minutes of approval. Rocket and Upay withdrawals are typically completed within 10-15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. joyo9 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banking institutions. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder.

Clause 4.4

Transaction Verification and Anti-Money Laundering

joyo9 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All large transactions and unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns are subject to review. joyo9 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on any transaction for the purpose of completing AML and fraud checks. Where joyo9 suspects that funds deposited originate from illegal activity, joyo9 will freeze the relevant account, withhold all funds pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities as required by applicable law. Players are reminded that all payment accounts used must be registered in their own name.

Bonuses

Bonus Terms and Promotional Conditions

All bonuses and promotions offered by joyo9 are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

joyo9 offers a range of bonuses to Bangladesh players including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback offers and free spins promotions. The following general conditions apply to all joyo9 bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of a given promotion:

Bonuses are available to eligible players who have registered a fully verified joyo9 account using a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Each promotion specifies eligibility criteria — players who do not meet those criteria are not entitled to claim the associated bonus.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The standard wagering requirement for the joyo9 welcome bonus is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which any unmet bonus and associated winnings will be removed from the account.
joyo9 reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any bonus, free spins award or promotional credit from a player's account if joyo9 determines that the player has attempted to circumvent the bonus terms through abnormal betting patterns, exploitation of software errors, collusion or any other prohibited conduct.
Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering process. Bonus funds may not be used to fund withdrawals directly — only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds (after wagering requirements are met in full) are withdrawable.
joyo9 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is terminated early, joyo9 will honour bonus funds already credited to player accounts at the time of termination, subject to the applicable wagering requirements being completed within the original expiry timeframe.

joyo9's welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit of ৳500 or more. The welcome bonus value and structure may be updated periodically — the current welcome bonus terms are displayed on the joyo9 promotions page at the time of registration. Existing players are not eligible for the welcome bonus. Certain game categories may be excluded from contributing to bonus wagering requirements — these exclusions are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

Bonus Abuse Warning: joyo9 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Patterns that may be flagged include placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, wagering exclusively on low-risk outcomes to clear requirements, or opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their accounts suspended and all associated winnings forfeited.

Responsible Gaming

Responsible Gaming Obligations and Age Verification

joyo9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously.

joyo9 operates a strict 21+ age policy. No person under the age of 21 may register an account or participate in any gambling activity on the joyo9 platform. joyo9 may request age verification documentation at any stage of the player lifecycle — at registration, upon making a first deposit, upon requesting a withdrawal, or at any other point deemed necessary by joyo9's compliance team. Documents accepted for age verification include a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or an officially issued birth certificate. Accounts where age verification fails or where the player refuses to provide documentation will be suspended immediately and any funds held in the account will be withheld pending investigation.

joyo9 provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools via their account dashboard. These tools are available at no cost and may be activated or adjusted by the player at any time by contacting joyo9 support:

Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to control their gambling expenditure. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase comes into effect.
Session time limits: Players may set time reminders that notify them when a continuous gambling session has reached a specified duration. This tool is designed to promote awareness of time spent playing.
Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be deactivated and no deposits, bets or bonus claims will be permitted. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

Conduct

Account Security and Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct rules apply to all joyo9 account holders. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Clause 7.1

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your joyo9 login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. joyo9 will never ask for your password via live chat, email or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact joyo9 support immediately. joyo9 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.

Clause 7.2

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on joyo9 and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities: using automated betting software, bots or scripts to place bets; attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or software vulnerabilities in the joyo9 platform; opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once; providing false identification or impersonating another person; engaging in any form of collusion with other players; using joyo9 to launder funds derived from illegal activity; or making chargebacks on deposits without first contacting joyo9 support.

Clause 7.3

Account Suspension and Termination

joyo9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where joyo9 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where account closure is required for compliance with applicable legal or regulatory obligations. Where an account is closed due to player breach, joyo9 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player breach (for example, where joyo9 exits a particular market), joyo9 will process withdrawal of the remaining balance to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Intellectual Property

Intellectual Property and Platform Use

All content on joyo9.asia is the property of joyo9 or its licensed content partners and is protected accordingly.

All content appearing on joyo9.asia — including but not limited to the joyo9 brand name and logo, website design, page layout, text content, graphics, game titles, promotional materials, and software — is owned by joyo9 or licensed to joyo9 by its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any joyo9 content without the express prior written consent of joyo9. Unauthorised use of joyo9 intellectual property constitutes infringement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

The joyo9 platform is provided for personal entertainment use by eligible registered players only. You may access the platform solely through the official joyo9.asia website using a standard web browser. Any attempt to access joyo9 systems other than through the official website interface — including through automated means, web scraping, reverse engineering, or API access not authorised by joyo9 — is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. joyo9 games are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt and Microgaming. Liability

Limitation of Liability

joyo9 provides its platform on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis and limits its liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, joyo9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the joyo9 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of service, even if joyo9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. joyo9's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

joyo9 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. joyo9 uses commercially reasonable measures to maintain platform availability and security but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, payment provider outages, and connectivity issues beyond joyo9's reasonable control are not grounds for liability claims. Where a technical fault results in a game outcome being incorrectly recorded, joyo9 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player.

Amendments

Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

joyo9 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance.

joyo9 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to players. The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be accessible at joyo9.asia/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent update is indicated at the top of this page. Where an amendment materially affects player rights — for example, changes to bonus wagering requirements, withdrawal limits or account eligibility criteria — joyo9 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players of the change via the contact information held on their account. Continued use of the joyo9 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the player's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
